Yea. I was in pain, and tired last night / around midnight.

Here is session II (with the band on...). (Yea. I did a timed practice app session experiment without the EEG band after lunch)..

Like I said, meditation is permanent for me.

Yesterday & today....I went ahead and got my st**l guitar equipment, my magnetometer / voltometer, and my full spectrum recording equipment...., and that as to go ahead and have some fun.....and forge through this "surge event shyness" thing.... / condition ( Read more... )

Me? I never intend to 'mock'.....'the' 'stupid'... .

But I can never accept the ones that 'settle' 'for' 'staying'....'stupid'..... .

My mission / effort to use N**tropics......, and strive for as much efficiency and function..as is possible for my neurological system, had immediate benefits yesterday.....
